What helps: for corrections, the page URL and the evidence (a screenshot of the rule, term or figure in question, per the site's own paperwork habit); for market patterns that have shifted, a couple of examples; for gaps, the question you couldn't find answered. What we can't do by email: adjudicate disputes with casinos (the rights ladder and ADR exist for that), access or advise on any casino account (we hold none and want no details of yours — please never send account credentials, documents or financial information), or recommend specific operators (the method page explains why we rank nothing, and the audit is the better answer anyway).
